Hi Deb -
Actually, I sent an email to support 90 minutes ago with my user name and a screen save of my account status showing reQall Pro payment, haven't heard back. Is Sunday a workday in India? – webzilla, on May 10, 2009 01:45

reQall Pro - Paid, then You Guys Pulled the PlugNoting today was the last day of my reQall Pro trial, I subscribed for a year 8 hrs ago and now, guess what, while in the midst of using reQall it's switched to standard version. Very irritating, I hope this can be fixed shortly.

reQall Pro - How to add by email? One of the features of reQall Pro is you're supposed to be able to add by email, in addition to IM etc. I don't see any documentation about this, how do you do it? In your repy, please include how to post by email to places, thanks.
webzilla asked a question in reQall on May 09, 2009 23:06:
reQall Pro - How to assign to places by phone?Well, how do you add something under places by phone? I've tried and it's listed under to-do's. What's the syntax?

I just sent you a snapshot of the reQall cookies. Then I deleted them, restarted Firefox and the reQall add-on now works fine, at least for now, so I consider this fixed, thanks. – webzilla, on October 08, 2008 14:10

reQall BlackBerry App -- Needs More Task & Calendar IntegrationWith the reQall BlackBerry app, you can clone a BlackBerry task to reQall, but marking it completed in reQall doesn't complete the BlackBerry task (and vice versa).
Also, I just created a BlackBerry calendar item for a date two weeks from now and sent it to reQall. It's there, the future date is correct, but it's in the today listing.

My MacBook Pro is running ver 10.5.5. I don't think it's a Firefox add-on conflict, I disabled all, then enabled the reQall add-on, situation's the same. Possibly it's the new Firefox release?

Problem: reQall Firefox Add-on Not WorkingThe reQall add-on for Firefox has stopped working, it says I should login to reQall, which I already am. Firefox (for Mac) ver 3.0.3, reQall add-on ver 1.0.5.

Problem: Too Much NotificationI use reQall a lot and have email notification enabled, which means I sure get a lot of emails, which means I mostly ignore them, which defeats the whole purpose.
Suggestion: reQall should be like Jott, which asks each time if you want a reminder. Whether you add a reQall item by phone, browser or BlackBerry, you should have the same choice.

reQall BlackBerry App -- Completed Items VanishOn the BlackBerry app, when you check an item as completed it disappears from view immediately, unlike the browser view where it hangs around. There needs to be a way to view recently completed items.

Thanks, Grant, I just installed the blackberry app on my 8320, very nice! I'll post my comments as a new topic. BTW, does the app autoupdate itself when a new version comes out? – webzilla, on October 03, 2008 21:11

Idea: reQall Change LogIt's encouraging to hear that reQall is working on new features and fixes. That said, it would be nice to have a pithy "change log" in addition to your verbose "new features." Heaven forbid you'd add a feature and I not be aware of it :)

Get Satisfaction User Interface too ConvolutedThe Get Satisfaction user interface is too convoluted, shouldn't be so. While I and others could give you online feedback, of course, it would be much better if you guys were to directly observe people using Get Satisfaction for the first time.

Problem: Day Overrides DateIf you enter both a day and a date, the day overrides the date. For example, if you enter "fri 2008-08-1" expecting the item to be scheduled for Friday August 1, instead it's scheduled for next Friday which in this case is July 25.
