The InDesign template is for CS3, and unfortunately, is not backwards compatible with CS2. But don't worry, there's not a lot to it - the template simply makes it easier to get the page size and bleed settings correct. If you follow the guidelines listed on our publish page, you'll be fine.

The price is $.20 per single-sided 8.5x11" (8.25x10.75" trimmed) page. The production cost for your 50 page magazine would be $10.40 because magazines have to have a multiple of 4 pages (so either 48 or 52 pages).
