I have tried EVERYTHING! I have gotten no support from Ping.fm nor have I been able to fix it. I am very frustrated. Why say it works if it does not!

Help! I've fallen and I can't get up!

I removed the Facebook application from my profile. I installed the Ping.fm Facebook Pages Application. I made sure no settings were activated on my profile. I activated the setting on the Pages Application. I get what appears to be the final step window with my pages listed. I check the box next to the Page I want. The Update Settings box is not able to be clicked. I do show Permissions Set beside the Page but I cannot click update the settings. Is this what is holding me up?

This will be wonderful once it is working. Can you please offer some customer support for your Facebook Application? Thank you.

I know. I get all the way to the last step, I can check the box but the "Update Settings" box is not a functional link. I am assuming this means the settings do not take as the thing doesn't work! This is not in the Ping.fm help section anywhere.

I installed the Seesmic WordPress plugin today and the WordPress Threaded Comments plugin. Seesmic is not showing up in my comment box. What gives? Did I miss something?

I solved this problem by deleting twhirl's private encrypted data folder (\Users\username\Application Data\Adobe\AIR\ELS\de.makesoft.twhirl.random_numbers) listed here.

Click & drag the Twhirl icon from your desktop to Start, All Programs and finally Start Up and drop it there. It will start when your PC boots up.

Twhirl will not save my passwords and usernames

I haven't had this issue before, but I cannot get Twhirl to save my password (Twitter or Friend Feed). Each time my computer is restarted I have to re-enter all my usernames and passwords. What's up? I have already removed and re-installed the program. Re-downloaded and re-installed the program but it will not keep them saved. Can you help me?
