Dealing with spock gets you nowhere. Their suggestion to me - when I could not "claim" my own profile (posted by another person and containing injurious incorrect information unavailable elsewhere on the Internet) was to choose the "Forgot password" option. Illogical - considering that I am not disallowed from "Claiming" the post. Even if you do have access to the profile - Spock does not allow you to remove email addresses or information that has already been posted. You see - they use every post with sponsored ads - so your post represents income for them. If your post is removed they are losing income from a number of advertisers. The only way to deal with them is to send complaints directly to their ISP.
