Hi there,

My name is James Whatley and I work for SpinVox

There has been a massive fibre optic problem (ie: it has been cut!) with one of our suppliers and it has affected our entire service in the UK and Europe including Ping.fm unfortunately.

We're trying to work around it but trust me you do have the right number!
