White_wave shared an idea in Twitter on July 27, 2009 06:53:
Great: topic clouds on get satisfaction? On this particular site "Get Satisfaction", I think each section: Community, Topics, Problems, etc. should begin with a page with a giant topic cloud instead of only the most recent posts. This would help us to know if our issue has been brought up before or if someone has said it better - or even more importantly - if a problem has already been solved and I'm just the 417th sucker to ask about it, YO!
Doable?

Okay, so I agree about the "trending topics" section. I couldn't give a rat's a$$ about trendsters. I'm not here because of a trend. F- trends. N'K? N'K.
AND
I know twitter is trying to deliver a stable product. But I am ignorant of how to stay informed about how much they care about the non-spamming, non-e-biz, non-predatory, non-porn-bot twit-verse. If they care, where do I read about this? Where is there a video of some CEO twit telling me they are working on it and such-and-such is the latest of their efforts? Do I have to go to a blog which is filled with updates on everything BUT efforts to curtail spam?
I have seen alot of press and buzz about how twitter can help serve business. Oh, yeah. Plenty of that! But what if I'm NOT trying to exploit anyone or NOT trying to get money out of anyone? I really can't tell if anyone gives a damn about my demographic.
Hello? Anybody home?-
