Wilco reported a problem in Soocial on February 03, 2009 13:48:

Unknown Host on E61i/Vodafone

Last sync was Jan. 3rd, since then I keep getting the Unknown Host error. Although it syncs from the phone (and created duplicates in Soocial) it errors out before sending anything back.

Afaik I have not changed anything with regards to the settings so this is a bit frustrating.

Bart, I have removed all pictures and it still gives the same error message. There are some addresses that are not tied to a person but only a company, so don't have a first/lastname. Could that be the reason? – Wilco, on December 09, 2008 13:52

Yes. I would've prefered to sync phone to soocial only for my first sync but at least it's syncing now.

I do get the error message 'We received a contact (") we don't understand. Sorry we could not add it to your soocial contacts.' And then the System Error message. I'll check the boards to figure that one out.

So is it still not working for an E61i? I keep getting the "System Error" message. Using the config settings sent via SMS, only changed access point and the sync (from complete sync to sync phone to server)
