Autofire Doesn't Work With Gravity Hook

In Eliminate, the autofire feature is very useful but does not work with the Gravity Hook. I've tried it in both offline and online mode, and when the crosshairs (aiming reticule) are pointing at a target, the gravity hook will not fire automatically. Having autofire for this weapon would be very useful if you're being attacked and don't have time to switch weapons.
