Will replied on November 21, 2009 10:12 to the question "Can I sync my google calendar and my airset calendar?" in AirSet:
The best way I know to make this work is to share iCal between Google calendar and AirSet.
You can read more about how to provide and receive iCal in AirSet from the following help section:
http://www.airset.com/AirSet.jsp#app.Help_p.Applications%2FCalendar%2FSharing%20Calendars%2FCalendar%20Publishing%20-%20iCalendar%20feed%2C%20RSS%2C%20embed%1F%1F%1F
I believe the url for Google's iCal feed is:
https://www.google.com/calendar/dav/Y...
Let me know if this works out for you

Hi Brian,
I'd be glad to help you with the problem. In order for me to get a better understanding of the situation would you mind answering some questions about your computing environment?
1. What internet browser are you using?
2. Do you have Java installed and if so what version is it?
3. Does the problem persist?
If you can also please provide me with your login and a temporary password to your account to my email address so I can take a look under my computer's hardware. My email address is will.chau@airsetinc.com.

Hi there,
Unfortunately AirSet currently does not support Windows phones. We are working at our best to expand mobile compatibility across different phone platforms. Below is a list of supported phones that currently work with AirSet. Please let me know if you need anymore help =)

Will replied on June 30, 2009 23:53 to the question "I'm visual and your manual isn't." in AirSet:
Hi Pat,
I'm sorry for the frustration you are experiencing. I've tried over the past months to incorporate as many snapshots and diagrams as possible into the manual but due to its massive size, it may take a little more time and update.
If you need a big picture of how AirSet works, perhaps the following help article can provide some valuable insights:
http://www.airset.com/AirSet.jsp#app.Help_p.Web%20Computer%20Desktop
If you are looking to work specifically with tags and sub-calendars then the following link may help:

We also have a website with videos for introducing users to AirSet. You can visit this space at http://use.airset.com/.
Will replied on June 30, 2009 23:44 to the problem "New Web Computers" in AirSet:
Hi there,
I'm interested in helping you resolve this problem. Before I get started can you update me to the situation by answering a couple questions below?
1. Describe the steps you took to create a new Web Computer before running into this problem.
2. Are you able to log onto AirSet and see your Personal Web Computer desktop?
3. What internet browser and version are you using?
4. Do you have Java installed on your computer? If so, what version of Java is it?
Thanks for sending us this valuable feedback and I hope to hear from you soon =)

Will replied on June 29, 2009 04:43 to the problem "Navigation Gadget Pops its Buttons" in AirSet:
Hi there,
I'd love to try and help you out on this problem. My initial thinking to this is that these button images (if you have uploaded your own) might not be public, thus they cannot appear on your website unless made so. Non-public materials however appear inside your AirSet account once you have logged in.
In order to get a clearer understanding of the situation, I was hoping you can email me your login and a temporary password so I can check out your group settings. My email address is will.chau@airsetinc.com
Will replied on June 18, 2009 00:56 to the problem "Apps menu is blocked by Computer menu" in AirSet:
Hi Shelley,
Traditionally, the Web Computer selection menu should have closed once you have made a selection or moved the cursor away from it. I can't seem reproduce it on my end with the browsers you specified. Would you mind giving me a little more information so I can further investigate?
1. What screen resolution were you using when this problem occurred?
2. Was the window maximized?
3. What version of Java are you using?
4. Does the problem persist every time you use AirSet or does it come and go?

Will replied on June 05, 2009 16:41 to the problem "Paid for service...STILL have ads" in AirSet:
Hi Doyle,
Premium Web Computer are currently paid for a single Web Computer, one Web Computer at a time. If you upgrade a Web Computer to Premium then every member of that Web Computer will not see Ads.
If you would like to not see Ads for yourself across all Web Computers in your network then you need to sign up for a Personal Premium. This is accessible through the Premium Services area in your Personal Computer.
I'd be happy to assist if you need further help in setting this up.

Hi Rachael,
When you say no one can invite you under your new email address, do you mean that your AirSet account under the old email address was deleted? Do you still have access to this login? If so I think you can log into this and invite yourself to the group under the new email as the group organizer.

I there,
If you can drop me an email at will.chau@airsetinc.com, I can personally help you customize your group to do everything you mentioned. I'm currently working with a group of education users at UC Berkeley in setting up AirSet for some of the classes. I would love also work with you to better gauge how AirSet can benefit the academics community.

Will replied on May 22, 2009 23:17 to the question "A calendar entry without a daily summary?" in AirSet:
Hi there,
Unfortunately the sub-calendar feature is still new in AirSet may not work the way you need it to. It will take some time and resource for the feature to become more integrable once we have efficiently mapped out its value for users.
We are continuously working to improve AirSet for users and greatly appreciate your input and feedback toward the process.
Will replied on May 22, 2009 23:04 to the problem "Timeout Problem?" in AirSet:
Hi guys,
Please let me know if the problem persists for the next couple days. If so I will ask for further help from our server engineers. Our team just released a software update to the AirSet service with the Activity Feed last night. I'm guessing the servers may need a little time to readjust.
Another potential explanation is that ComCast cable internet has been flaky lately. It could be a problem related to your ISP if you are using ComCast.
