Hi Eric,
I seem to be experiencing this problem of removing comments again. This time, I'm an admin and I can't remove another users post. I posted a comment but was still in the wrong users account and not mine. So first, I couldn't delete the post right after I realized my mistake. Second, I tried as an admin to remove the post and it's again just refreshing the screen with no changes occurring. Any ideas? There may still be an issue with this feature.

As you can see, it looks like this one guy answered his own question when in actual it was me answering his question. Any help would be great! Thanks!

I'm an admin on our site and I accidentally posted a reply that wasn't finished. I tried editing the reply, within the 15 minutes but it wasn't working and I ran out of time to edit the reply. Next, I've tried removing my own post and it still is not working at all. I click the "Remove" button and it just returns to the original thread with no changes. I've tried this on one of the other admin accounts at our company and the same results happens. Not sure if it's a bug but wondering if you could remove my comment for me?

Hey Amy,
This could be the problem but I don't think it is. Our users for the large part come directly off of the feedback tab that we have on our websites. We've never experienced this problem until only about a week ago. Since then, people who have posted for the first time don't seem to have their additional user info pass through. I can't imagine that all of a sudden our users aren't FastPassing straight through. But I'll ask some of them and see what happens. Until then... I think something must have changed in Get Satisfaction.

For some reason over the last few days I haven't been able to see the userid's and emails when I mouseover another person's avatar icon. I'm an admin of our system and this only just started happening a few days ago. Do you know what's going on? It seems to only be with people who have signed up for Get Satisfaction within the last few days.
