There are 9 of these:

08:16:05: Directory 'C:\Users\Bill\AppData\Roaming\Bump Technologies, Inc\BumpTop\Themes\Default\core' couldn't be created (error 183: cannot create a file when that file already exists.)

I think this is a seperate and completely different problem.

BT closes suddenly and repeatedly

With W7 and 256MB ATI Radeon X1300PRO installed on my Dell Optiplex740, my BT (which worked mostly fine on Vista) closes suddenly and repeatedly after only a minute or less in use. It is always after an action.......but not any particular action.

BumpTop Pro Version 2859 (Release) - VIP Version X1300/X1550 Series.
Any mouse click at all will now cause BT to go full screen covering the taskbar which is checked for staying on top. I must open Task Mgr with CTRL+ALT+DEL and the taskbar reappears.....until the next mouse click with BT open. – CapnBuck, on May 01, 2009 18:27

It just started again! The locking up....just before it started, I saw a brief glimpse of a BT dialog box.....something about update, and then it was gone. Now when clicking on More for More Options, it locks up. Restarting computer, closing/opening BT does NO good. Now what? – CapnBuck, on May 01, 2009 17:15

I just received an update, but all was pretty normal before. The freezing up now seems to be momentary and isolated......unfreezing after a minute or so. (So far)

However, I report that the locking up stopped on its own. I had all the proper drivers, etc before installing. Bump simply seemed to 'come into its own'. ?
