Theyre trying to save money so they hire foreign call center companies so they can save money which also meant terrible service.

Im going with Sony next time, they have better customer service. I ended up talking to some guy from a call center in the Philippines and they were "we can't do anything about it". I can't pull $2700 out of my ass just like that, I'm just a student . This piece of shit m1330 got so many parts replaced already and I can't even take it to school anymore because I have to keep it plugged with an adapter that can't even be recognized. Sure beats the concept of taking your "notebook" to school. I'm just waiting til I get money so I can burn this piece of sh*t. I HATE DELL.

This is my 3rd Dell computer and was I was happy with my previous purchases. Nowadays, I've experienced so many problems with my XPS m1330, including external parts falling out, the graphics card burning(had to replace the motherboard), adapter can't be recognized, and this is the SECOND time I'm replacing my battery. SECOND TIME in 2 years. There should have been a recall for this product. I will NEVER buy dell ever again.
