Not at all! Get Satisfaction is a little tricky to get used initially -- unfortunately, our GS account doesn't allow removing the topic that at the moment, but hopefully other people also having this problem with the latest release can continue posting in this thread.

Thanks for the feedback and screenshots guys, I think we'll probably make the icon background change an option in one of the upcoming updates (and perhaps the default depending on the feedback), as well as possibly the custom icons (though BumpTop also tries to pull shortcut icons from windows so changing that should change the icon inside the scene as well).

Ah, didn't notice this topic earlier. So what kinds of icons aren't working and what happens (ie. do they just not launch? or launch with the wrong working dir?)

I have an idea as to what the problem is, and we may be re-releasing the update tonight with a few minor changes.

Are these programs that we can download and test on our end as well?

If you see a crash dialog that looks similar to the Send Feedback dialog from bumptop (in the system tray), then it will send it along to us.
