What is the maximum number of memo entries I can have in the Memos application? The Palm TE2 is a fantastic product. I guess it's because it's running Palm OS.
I have over 6000 memos in my Palm Tungsten E2. I heard that the size limit for Tungsten E is 6761 records in the Memos application.
Also, I would like to know the maximum number of memos that the Tungsten T3 can take.

How do I transfer my data from Palm OS to Windows Mobile?I have been using Palm Tungsten E2, and it's wonderful. However, it started to behave strangely. The screen becomes all white and blank. I then have to perform soft resets.
I then got the Palm Treo Pro with Windows Mobile. Now, the problem is, how do I get my data across from Palm OS to Windows Mobile?
It appears simple, as I can change my synchronization program from Palm Desktop to Outlook. There is also a software available: http://www.chapura.com/pocketcopy.php.
However, I have over 6000 memos in various categories in Memos. Will they all become lumped together into one folder? I hope not. What should I do to ensure that the categories are still maintained, or at least converted to folders?
My Tasks / To Do List are also sorted into categories.

What GPS navigation software, without a monthly fee, can I get for my Palm Treo Pro?My Palm Treo Pro (850) unlocked does not contain Sprint Navigation, Webraskar Navigation, Google Maps, or TeleNav programs. It only has QuickGPS, which doesn't show any map at all. I don't want to use TeleNav because it has a monthly subscription fee of US$10. Is there any GPS navigation program that I can install on the Palm Treo Pro running Windows Mobile 6.1, that does NOT have a monthly fee, and that uses actual satellite signals. I'm quite disappointed that I can't use the GPS right out of the box, and that I actually have to pay more in order to use the GPS hardware that I bought. The product was promoted as having built-in GPS / standalone / autonomous GPS as well as assisted GPS. I didn't know you actually have to pay more to get to use the built-in GPS hardware. I suspect that I would have to shell out more money for a GPS software to run on my Palm Treo Pro. I don't have a choice, I guess. What I'm hoping is that the software that I get is actually compatible with the built-in GPS receiver in the Palm Treo Pro.
Can I use Garmin or TomTom software with the Palm Treo Pro's built-in GPS receiver?

Acrobat 9 Pro will crash if I open a second PDF file.I find Acrobat a great program for printing web pages to PDF files. I am currently using Adobe Acrobat 9 Professional on Windows Vista. The problem I have is that I cannot open multiple PDF files using Acrobat 9 Pro. When I have 1 PDF file open in Acrobat, and I try to open a second PDF file, Acrobat will crash. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Acrobat countless times. I also tried Acrobat Reader and older versions of Acrobat Reader. They will crash if I open multiple PDF files. And of course, I only have one program installed at one time.

Hi, thanks for your advice. I uninstalled and reinstalled the program. I still get the same problem. For installing, I right clicked on the exe file and chose "Run as Administrator". I think this is the proper method of installing in Vista. – winstonlush, on March 18, 2009 05:48

Photosynth crashed Internet Explorer 7 (IE7) on VistaI have tried Photosynth before and found it pretty cool. It worked well on Windows XP.
Today, I downloaded and installed Photosynth (ver 2.0.1519.16) on Vista with IE7. Installation completed well. I restarted my computer. When I open a sample synthy photo set from the photosynth website, the IE7 browser window crashes.
