Well In Recordings replied on November 28, 2008 11:30 to the update "Announcement: XDI undergoing maintenance, new iTunes procedures!" in WaTunes:
So you're saying I could potentially be waiting another 30 days on top of the 82 days I've already been waiting. I'm sorry man I have no faith in you or your company. It's been one excuse after another with no explanation on your site that you been having problems and certainly no emails. What happened to the last promise of content being live on monday 24 november??? In case you hadn't noticed that date has been and gone and still my labels content is not processed. Once again no explanation and no apology. This is inexcuseable...
I have an angry artist who is trying to market his product... You shouldn't offer a service & take peoples cash before you are completely sure you can deliver what you are offering... I see I'm not alone in my concerns. I feel like you are treating us all like guinea pigs to see how well your "system" works... The obvious conclusion? It doesn't work buddy and I doubt that it ever will and it is for that reason that I must insist on a refund of my fee and that I am reimbursed forthwith.

Making it up as you go along???As a further question, I, like several other users, am a little confused by the new pricing structure and when it is coming into force. I signed up for a "pro" account on the understanding that it would be a ONE OFF PAYMENT of $25. Now I understand you intend to start charging $10 a month... What is the story. How can you justify it... Don't start quoting percentages of sales because I am quite aware of the fact that I would be keeping 100%.
The fact is that I signed up for your service, a service which so far you have failed on several levels to supply, you were more than happy to take my cash... Now you want to change the goalposts? Sorry my friend, no dice.

How much longerHi...
I have a pro account and I represent a label, well in recordings...
I am starting to get quite alarmed at the length of time that my album "Blaze" by Jeff Grable has been at the processing stage... I'm estimating conservatively that it has already been 12 weeks... This to my mind is too long bearing in mind that in the intervening period I have submitted 2 more albums to different companies several weeks apart and have already seen them appear on iTunes etc. I would like to know what is going on regards my album and if there is a problem I would have appreciated being notified...
THIS MATTER NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED FORTHWITH, otherwise I shall have no option but to cancel my subscription and seek a refund of my fee.
Thanks
