A comment on the question "Firefox Plugin won't stayed logged in." in reQall:
Hi Jessi,
Thanks for the reply. Let me clarify. It works fine if I log into reQall each time. What I would like to see is it continue to work if I close the browser for a while then re-open it. I'd like to only have to log into reQall once in a while to make it work again - in other words, if reQall could either store a session/cookie for the long term that the browser could use, or even the browser plugin (Firefox 3.5.5) could let me tell it my username and password (or an API key perhaps) and log itself in, that'd be great.
Thanks,

I have this problem too. I think the problem Ryan is mentioning is that upon every restart of Firefox, it's necessary to re-log in. In other words, reQall's "remember me" option seems to be a bit of a moot point because it more-or-less times out your session once you close the browser...I wish it would remember me at least for two weeks or something. Is there a setting I can change somewhere?-

A comment on the idea "Integrate Toggl with Freshbooks" in Toggl:
Thanks Jaanus; that's good to hear. One of the features I like most is being able to enter a note with every time entry instead of just project comments, so if that could be taken into account with the integration, that would be great.
Take care,

Integrate Toggl with FreshbooksI would like to see an integration with FreshBooks for time-tracking.
FreshBooks seems to already enable this through their API, so I imagine it'd be rather simple.
Plus points for syncing Toggl projects and tasks and FreshBooks ones. They've got a number of similarities, so this would actually be quite practical and integrate nicely with Planned Tasks.
I feel that the strength of Toggl will ultimately lie in its integrations, because FreshBooks, for example, has its own time-tracking, and people will ultimately use the one that gets the job done the fastest. This is currently FreshBooks's native approach, but Toggl could improve on it so much and allow the tracking to happen from more places.
Even something simple, like a FreshBooks-ready export (like Tick www.tickspot.com does) would be a plus. The CSV that can currently be gotten is kind of tedious to massage.

Thanks for the update, Jaanus! I'm looking forward to it. – Kevin, on November 02, 2009 16:05

It seems like this is still happening. It doesn't prompt me to create a new project, and I still find some in the Projects tab on Toggl Desktop.
Do you need more information? Maybe I'm triggering some edge cases somehow, not sure...it happened today, and I entered the project text pretty fast.
Thanks,
Kevin

Warn when tracking time for a task not from current day (with option to automatically track for current day)This is a usability improvement. When I first started using the Widget, I was simply clicking tasks I had been working on yesterday and hitting the timer to get going on them. Soon I realized that it was counting the time against THAT day and messing up my reports! I don't think Desktop did this - it would reset the timer as appropriate at midnight (or so).
I would like to see:
1. A warning when I hit the Toggl button on a task for the past day (or further back) to confirm if I want to track time in a new task for today or add more time to the previous task.
2. An option to remember my choice and automatically do it in the future.
This would also address user concerns about having to type in the name of a task, since they could just edit yesterday's tasks and feel confident it's being counted against today in their reports.
Please consider this.

Thanks! Except I'm a bit embarassed because I've started using Toodledo...shame on me. But basically integration with some of the major task managers that can do project-type task management, or maybe a Planned Task API but one that can be integrated into the projects themselves in Toggl (so it doesn't have to be separate) so developers can retrieve whatever tasks however they like?

A comment on the question "Disappointed about pricing" in Toggl:
I can understand the logic, but I'm also in the same situation. I want to share my workspace with a couple people who sometimes work on tasks where I want to track the time they spend. I think there should be another plan called "Toggl Team Premium Mini" or something that comes with 5 users total and costs $9/mo. That, or just let me add users for $1 extra/user/month. I'd really like to see this...
Thanks,
