    I realise now, that the widget already supplies that information. The url is included in the email sent to the administrator, but - as far I can see - not visible on getsatisfaction.com-site.

    Any way to review such information from getsatisfaction?
    Do you think this is one of the best points? Mark it as a good point

    We are condering using Get Satisfaction as both a customer suppport and a feedback/bug report tool on one or more upcomming websites.

    It it possible to prepopulate the form with the current url when using the widget (either pro or free)?

    Inclusion of the actual page (and get-info) would greatly increase the value of the feedback.

    Vi har lanceret en ny version af kompetencenet.nu. Ud over et opdateret design er der kommet ny struktur, hvor hvert enkelt indsatsområde er organiseret for sig med egne nyheder, kurser, markedsføringsmaterialer og undervisningsmaterialer.

    Du har nu også adgang til at oprette nyt indhold fra alle dele af sitet via menuen i toppen af websiden.

    Hvis I falder over fejl eller dele af sitet, som ikke opfører sig helt, som man skulle forvente, er I meget velkomne til at sende mails eller rapportere problemerne her.

    From initial contact Crowdvine and founder Tony Stubblebine have been both helpfull and responsive to questions and request.

    Today support upped the ante and saved our conference after we deleted all events and comments through serious human error on our part 2 days before the conference.

    Is there any way (even an external service) to backup the content from out crowdvine site?

    I don't have any specific reason to believe Crowdvine will loose our data, but better safe than sorry, they say.

    Cannot create new Boot Camp VM or upgrade existing VM on parallels 4
    I recently upgraded fra Parallels Desktop 3 til 4 (version 4.0.3540) and everything more or less stopped working.

    I cannot upgrade my existing Boot Camp VM to version 4, or create a new one. I get the same error message every time:

    "Failed to configure the Boot Camp partition's hard disk.

    A disk configuration error has occurred. Make sure that you have read/write permissions for the disk."

    I have searches the Parallels Forum, and several people seem to be having the same problem. I have left several error reports with Parallels, but no help has been forthcoming, and the company hasn't come up with a solution (to what seems to be a massive problem) or taken reasonable action - like offering refunds.

    Anyone have a working solution to this problem (my prefered solution) or at least have a way of making Parallels take this problem serious, instead of ignoring customers as people are reporting on several forums?

    How to create custom header design
    In the admin panel > design > Custom HTML for header it says:

    "Replace the site header with your own custom html. For example you could recreate the header and tabs from your existing site. .."

    But it seems it only inserts code between the tabs and the site content, not replacing the tabs - which is more or less a must, if I'm recreating the design of another site. Am I doing something wrong or just reading the help text wrong?
