Okay, now this is getting really stupid. All the reminders I've sent recently are GONE and after logging out and logging back in, Sandy is treating me like I just set up a new account. There's some pretty serious FAIL going on here.

Did Sandy recently take a savage blow to the head? My password stopped working with no warning, requiring me to reset it and now when I try to change my primary email address, Sandy refuses to do it.

I want my secondary email to become my primary email and I want to enter a new secondary email. I've changed this and saved several times now and it doesn't stick. If a live person couldn't figure this out after all the attempts I've made, she'd be looking for work right about now.
