All posts viewThis is similar to my tags query. It would be good if you can have a link that showed "All posts" by the "Most read" filter. Clicking "All posts" on the horizontal bar does not really add much value to me as a user until I select filters such as "Most read" and "All posts". Therefore why not allow a link to a view that is more useful. The view I have suggested also demonstrates just how well read old posts are compared to new ones e.g. 3000+ views for an old post compared 24+ for a new post. It also points new users to popular content without them needing to understand the need to apply different filters.

Reporting bugsIn ion on the left hand vertical bar you have "Report bugs and issues" on the right hand vertical bar you have "Feedback and bugs". Why have both?

People searchIf you type my name in the people search in the top left hand corner then you get a name that has no relation to the search. I think this is because the search is picking up all the profile information rather than just the name. Even though I don't think it is a bug as such from a usability point of view (especially) with groups of 3000+ members I would suggest that the search is just on the name and excludes any profile detail associated with the name. For most people looking at this for the first time I suspect they will assume it is a bug.

TagsWhen clicking on a tag the filter is always set to "Recent" rather than "All dates". Even on a busy site there is a high chance that nothing will be displayed. For the first time user they may miss that there are other filters unless they look carefully.
Is it possible to default to "All dates"?
