Is the Code Magnet kit backing board supposed to be magnetic?I just received my Head First HTML Code Magnet set. The snippets of code are magnetic but the board they were attached to is not, is this by design? Not a critical issue, the code snippets stick to the board as designed, I just wanted to verify that the board itself wasn't supposed to stick to any metallic surface...

Orders don't show tracking information. On the "Orders" page under my account on O'Reilly.com, for a previous order and an order I just made the other day, the books with a status of "Shipped" do not have a "Ship Date" or "Tracking number".
Is this a known issue and is there a timeframe for resolution?

O'Reilly School and Books already owned.Today I signed up for several courses for the O'Reilly School and will be sent some books as a result.
However, I already own the following two books:
Book Head First HTML with CSS & XHTML 08/29/2008 N/A ISBN #: 0-596-10197-X
Book Head First JavaScript 08/29/2008 N/A ISBN #: 0-596-52774-8
And I am going to have Head First AJAX in a couple of days (pre-ordered) so I believe the following book will be obsolete (by comparison):
Book Head Rush Ajax 08/29/2008 N/A ISBN #: 0-596-10225-9
Do I have any other options then to just receive the extra books? Could I exchange them for other books or credit in the O'Reilly store?
Thank You for your time,

Discussions below every page of a book on Safari and Registered Books. On the MYSQL site, under each page of documentation they have a discussion section where people post their questions/answers/thoughts/suggestions. An example of this can be seen here: http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.1/e...
I think it could be great to see this same feature implemented on Safari and for those who have Registered their books. Obviously on Safari the user would see the page of the book and below that the discussion. The people who have just registered their books could have an index/page number and jump straight to the discussion part without seeing the actual book text.
Hopefully that explains it clear enough.
I know that this is not a new, or original, idea; but it is one I thought would be worth at least posting here.

I'm happy to know that the ideas were at least heard. Though I have a feeling at a place like O'Reilly these ideas were already thought of awhile back and are just waiting for that re-design you mentioned.
I look forward to a new site design. I know when I browse around the current one I just keep getting that feeling that it could be a little better. Thusly my reason for posting a few things in here today. That and the feedback from the company has been great.
Trust me if I think of anything else I'll be sure to fire off a post.
Thank you for your time,

No, but I can use the link you provided and then go to the errata fine.
I was on the Registered Books page under My Account.
