Thanks Tony. Glad to know that it was intentional.
But rather than place the title bar of the window on the desktop, why not use either a Balloon Tip or a Toast Window right above the System Tray? You can make those semi-permanent so that they don't disappear until they are actually closed. At least that way, having the title bar on the screen doesn't appear to be a malfunction. And it could have a nice message that notifies the user that Rescue Time is running. In addition, with a window, you can even adjust the opacity level and make it somewhat transparent so that it's not totally in your face, but just a friendly reminder that the app is running. My first thought when I saw the title bar staying on the desktop was that there was a problem with hiding the window.

On startup, Rescue Time Title Bar still is displayed until I close itWhenever I log into my box, the Rescue Time window's title bar still display. The form is completely hidden, but the title bar is still there. Rescue Time does show in the System Tray. Why isn't it loading up completely hidden?
