Search function bug ?

Bug or just an annoying thing ? Lets say im searching for a mail with an attachment called "icecream.zip". If i use the search form and just type ice ... it doesnt find anything... the weird thing is that you need to type the complete word to find what your looking for...so basicly it doesnt find the attachment "icecream.zip" just by typing lets say... "icecrea" ....Is this a bug ? I have mailed you about this issue before but i got no answer...please make something about this...or at least give me an anwser...any user out there with an resonable answer ?

Postbox did a big misstake by wanting people to pay for it. I understand that they need to earn some money, but not by using mozilla code! BYe bye postbox cause Thunderbird 3 Beta 4 is out and it beats Postbox in everything. Try the search function and you will LOVE IT !

Im in croatia over the summer, and all my emails i recieve from mys swedish friends looks weird, looks like swedish letters doesnt work. I use PC, Vista, and Postbox 1.0b13. Please mail me back if you have any ideas.

Image Preview issue solved in Mac OS X - Leopard !

Hi i found a great way how to disable previewing ( Mac - OSX Leopard ).

1. Connect to server
2. Double click on the disk on your desktop ( the server disk )
3. Press ( cmd + j ), this will open "view options"
4. Uncheck " preview Symbols"
5. Press the button " use as default "

This will deactivate previewing icons just for this drive / server and also remeber the settings, so you dont need to do this every time.

Deactivate image preview ( save bandwith )

Is there any way of adding a function to " deactivate" image preview. For example opening a folder with 50 images ( 4 mb each ) on my server will use a lot of bandwich. Is this possible , any plans on implementing a function to deactivate preview in further releases ?
