Maybe if Paypal isn't owned by Ebay?I believe everything was perfect until paypal was owned by Ebay, after that, everything is ruined.
You get the 21 day limit on funds if your lower than 100 feedback or low dsr bla bla bla...
If your paypal is limited, you can't sell on ebay
If your ebay is ruined, paypal tell you that your too risky and wtfpwnz your acct like they did to me and keep your money for 180 days. (FOR ALL THE MONEY YOU HAVE, so next time, keep as much money out of paypal as possible **if you have a next time lol**)
And now, more rediculous, no paypal = ebay failure because ebay has promoted paypal so well that paypal is a must.
Overall Paypal only protect buyers, not sellers. One time i sold a motherboard online, as of all my products are tested before shipment, the buyer returned it after he fried my motherboard saying that it wasn't working. Paypal ruled me down on my case, EVEN I SAID NO RETURN ON EBAY! After so i lost the moterhboard, AND shipping fees

If you have something to solve on the resolution center you must solve it and it will take like a week to get reviewed. however, i've tried many times calling paypal and when the rep speaks to you you simply tell them that you want to speak with an "Account specialist" and that will solve it immediately. Depending on your luck might take a couple of tries (as some paypal employees are so helpless)
but if you don't have anything to solve, that means ur ruined for 180 days :)

WTFPWNEDbyPaypal asked a question in PayPal on August 05, 2009 20:01:
High-Risks paypal user (money hold for 180 days)I have been selling laptops on ebay since 2002 with my paypal account fully verified. However one time my my supplier backed down on me on some products that i sold on ebay. Therefore i had no ways to solve the issue but to give out refunds. Some of these customers felt comfortable with this, some didn', And left me a couple of negative feedback.
Yet, i received an email from paypal saying that i m "high risk user" and no longer want to accept my business. So now my account has a couple of hundred dollar sitting there and won't be available for half a year.
I also spoke to many paypal reps, all they do is keep forwarding me to different departments like i was a monkey. After all, i assume i m banned from paypal for life? Even though setting up a new account with my family member's identity isn't hard. But i am wondering if i can still keep my account in play after the 180 days?
