Dave, Also .. since this issue may be a valid point, What do you suggest as a way to communicate calls that are not connected?

I was told on an earlier ticket that web form or even email to support@lp email were both ways that would work.

Should I use the same subject line, or use another method? If we can find a way that works, then I am open to try using Auto-Topup again.

Question -- Do you guys update the service providers, so that if anyone provides a better rate, that rate would be provided/updated by your service provider?

Request:
* the call log screen could use more than 10 rows. I had so many calls, that combing through them, for calls that did not connect, a Second time, is tough. I included the complete call log in my original request. Request was sent using web form that you have. Will resend however. Thank you so much for your response. totally felt left out after spending us$60 with you guys & not hearing back.

Love the service otherwise.

All the #'s I am calling, *do-not-have* an answering machine, so I know it is not being picked up. The far end person says the following things:

* When I head dead-silence for 30s or 1minute, hey may hear a 1/2 chirp on the ringer.
* When I call back after the 1st or 2nd lost minute (to silence), i get the correct ring backs & the far end rings too.
