Oh well lot of people was asking the same question over and over again well only cure for me is that i went to bank and i filled in a form that my card has been stolen and they ll make you a new card well try to make a new paypal account it ll work perfectly thanks

I made a paypal account long ago just wanna check but i used my email address
but my paypal user name and address and everything was wrong i cant change anything
and i confirmed my Visa debit card by mistake im searching for a help everywhere from
websites and everywhere no help. Im having problem to delete my account
i cant change my street name o anything i just wanna close my account and make a new one
cos my account says (Your account access is limited. Learn how to remove this limitation. )
