Using Click2Flash, not Flashblock, wrongly detectedOn a Mac, with Safari, using Click2Flash, the detection assumes it is FlashBlock on Firefox I guess. So it offers to activate Flash but it doesn't work.

Xris reported a problem in atebits on July 09, 2009 21:36:
tags longer than 14 chars get cut off on searchtag longer than 14 chars get cut off. (for instance, #1stdraftmovielines is searched as #1stdraftmoviel when clicked. So not results)
Xris shared an idea in reQall on April 08, 2009 16:15:
Place's range settingAllow the place to have a range around the precise location (or edit the default range for each individual place if needed).
For example there are things I might want to do when in Marseille, but that is opposed to when I am at Home in another town. So I'd like my place detection to see that I am in the large area of the place I defined.
A comment on the question "Can you change the preset distance to notifications for a Place?" in reQall:
Yep, because in Europe, distances are shorter. We should have the option to reduce, enlarge the default, and also edit per location the sensitivity – Xris, on April 08, 2009 16:15

Place's geographical info update or editionAdd the capacity to
- create a place and put it on a map (or enter coordinates),
- or just modify a place to specify its geographical location.
Currently the web interface only shows the location, no update and no entry if there is none.
iPhone version is allowing only to use current location, but no way to use another location than the one provided by iPhone location service.

instapaper integration?I don' know for sure if this is the best place to ask for it,
but can we ask for integration of instapaper?

Or is it my task to try and write something like a connector for you? That is bound to fail, by the way ;-)
Xris replied on February 17, 2009 14:17 to the idea "make it possible to recall emails sent accidentally" in Apple:
For info, Outlook makes this possible only for e-mail sent to another user using the same Outlook server as you (i.e. in the same company, normally).
Because Outlook mails are like the enveloppe you drop downstairs at the mail room. Ask the mail guy kindly, and he mightl let you retrieve a letter you just dropped.
A "normal" e-mail sent is sent outside to the Internet.
It is like sending a real letter.
There are many cases of people caught with their hand trapped in a mailbox every year. Someone should tell them that once posted, a letter cannot be "un-posted".

Checked IP location too, all seems good.
I am in France, profile set to "France", IP seen as as in France.
Indeed Spotify was notifying me about country for a few weeks, but there was nothing I could do to update any settings in country related area, as I had indeed the right country.
Now can't login, so not sure I'll be making any effort, if you have to treat me like a cheater...
I can understand you have t&cs from the "industry", but the industry will have to understand people are fed up of being treated like dishonest people. It pushes them to feel it is alright to be dishonest, once you are considered as such by idiots.-

Xris asked a question in Stepcase on January 16, 2009 15:23:
Steadycam freezes on saving, require iPhone reboot. There's seems to be no pattern to it.
I start Steadycam, take a picture, and sometimes all goes well (luckily); sometimes, the app will start saving (with the usual quirkiness of having two overlayered progess indicators...),
- then at the moment it usually start displaying the current camera view, under a grey overlay (when it has done the first part of saving, I guess, and should then finish while already displaying wht the camera sees, as opposed to the taken picture), it freezes.
- No more rotating progress indicator, and no possibility to quit the app.
- I always have to reboot my phone to get out of this lock-in.
Ready to provide more details or investigate if a pattern appears.
