Rick, take a look at http://www.basecamphq.com/ - this product has gotten a ton of great reviews, and might do what you are looking for.

I can't believe they have not added this feature yet! I have been waiting for it for a long time now. It's such a basic feature - i don't know how they designed the whole application without providing the ability for sub-folders. It's a basic organizational feature. Hopefully they will add it soon.

I talked to PBWiki back in July and they said that sub-folders was in beta and would be live within weeks. But I just checked on my test account and I still can't make sub-folders. I don't know how this feature got left out of their initial architecture - it's such a basic and fudamental feature for organizing data. Anyhow, let's hope they keep their promise and add it. I can't see PBWiki being that useful until it has the ability to create sub-folders.

Can I add a folder inside another folder? For example if our company has an HR department, we would logically create an HR folder, but inside that folder we might want to create multiple folders - one for Job Applications, one for Vacation Policies, etc.
