I contacted 1-800-MY-APPLE first. They put a hold on my card for any future purchase. I told them I did not own an ipod that I have a Zune nor do I have an apple computer. I told them I did not have an account with i-tunes. I received 3 emails from apple cc dept. Then I called my bank and reported an electronic claim for fraud. I got my money back of all charges, including the overdraft. The bank is investigating. I faxed them an affidavit today stating that the card was in my possession and no one had access to my card but me. I also called my local police department to file fraud charges and got and incident claim number and this was also put on the affidavit I sent to the bank. I cancelled my card and ordered a new card from my bank. I will monitor my bank account every day. There are some smart people out there trying to use a random credit card number generator.
