    Direct-debit payment option
    Hi,

    I was wondering whether PointerWare will be accepting direct-debit as a mean of payment in the future.

    I am about to set an elderly family member with PointerWare but they do not tend to use their credit card (it will be their only ongoing monthly payment and, needless to say, a person using PointerWare is not paying his credit card online but rather goes to the bank and stands in line) and they certainly do not have Paypal. For the older generation, a direct monthly transfer from the bank account to PointerWare is sometime the best payment option.

    Just something to think about when designing a product aimed at the elderly.

    Hi,

    I am using Songbird on OSX. How do I set my own shortcut keys to control Songbird? I am already using some of the defaults as other global shortcuts (for example, ctrl-left/right to choose workspace). Is there a way to set my own shortcuts? An extension maybe?

    My PDF can not be imported. I get "conversionj failed" error. How do I fix it?
    I am trying to add a one-page PDF to my Prezi. I was able to add a number of PDF to it but this particular page keeps giving me the "conversion failed" error.

    What do I need to changed in my PDF in order to make it possible to import?
