If you login to www.shwup.com, you should be able to upload wmv file. I just used my account to upload a WMV file successfully.

I guess that you copied file when saving is not completed. You may open the saving temp directory, and then wait for saving to complete, copy file to another location when it shows uploading progress bar.

Then you cancel upload in muvee Reveal and login to www.shwup.com and upload file there.
