I can't use 2byte code language (ex. Japanese, Chinese) in live chat.
These were able to be used before.

1) access qik.com by pc and signup.
2) get first SMS and click url
3) get second SMS and install qik application (there's not activation code)
4) application start , 'Enter Activation Code'.
5) I am at a loss.
