I've been trying to stop AJC from dumping their weekly trash on my lawn for a long time. I have gotten them to stop for a while. I have also once been able to get them to come pick it up. I spoke with someone on the phone today who claims to be Nate Williams the area manager for DeKalb county. Nate was unwilling to send someone out to collect their trash. They have no problem sending someone out here to dump a bag of mystery trash on my lawn but the can't send anyone out to collect it. I spoke with the police. I've now sent them a certified letter, to Charles Parker VP of legal affairs demanding that they stop. If they drop one more bag of trash on my lawn someone is going to jail and the AJC is paying for professional hazmat cleanup of their mystery bag.

How hard is it for them to simply leave me alone?

What is their compulsion that drives them to illegally enter my property and dump trash?

I'll post a followup after the first arrest or civil suit.
