There seems to be a filename issue. My image was called something like 8225.png and it wouldn't upload (or rather said Nice Picture or whatever and just didn't upload) and then I changed the filename to me.jpg and BAM it went just fine... I've seen this before on other sites but can't say for sure what the cause would be here...
