thanks for reaching out, and i'm sorry you're having this problem.
You might want to check that you have a recent version of Flash installed, and that there are not any extensions (AdBlock, NoScript etc) as these can often interfere with playback.
Also- have you tried to play songs in an alternate browse, or just your primary one?

Are you still having problems removing songs from your playlist? If so, could you give me more details about the broswer you're using, as well as any extensions that may be running? Also, send me your username and I can investigate further..

Are you still experiencing this problem shuffling? We have made some new adjustments and this (of course) shouldn't be happening.. If you still are having this problem, could you tell me more about the browser you're running and any extensions to it you may be using? also, send me your username and I will investigate further.

Thanks for reaching out to us here at Songza. It seems as though you are having trouble logging in. Once you are logged in, you should be able to save your playlist for future listens.
Allow me to walk you through the steps to get you to your account quickly!:
1) Start at: http://www.songza.com/ like you always do.
2) Click on the Login link in the upper right hand corner, (we are currently resolving some display issues having to do with screen resolution, but the link is there in the upper right)
3) Once you've clicked there, a pop up box should appear, then enter your username and password and you should be all set.
4) if the login process doesn't work here try an alternative link : songza.com/auth/login
I think this should do it for you, but please let me know if not.

In fact we're a streaming service only and don't provide the ability to download any of the songs from our site directly, although you can purchase any songs that you like using the 'Buy Song' link found on the right hand side of every page.

Thanks for getting in touch. In fact, as of now we are unable to support Songza on a mobile device.. This is a feature we would love to offer in the future, however, and are looking into developing it. For now though, you'll just have to listen on your computer...!

Thanks MaryLou: You have an acute ear for Crosbys, that's great! Thanks for reaching out to us about this. In fact, we at Songza serve as a middleman of sorts for music from IMeem and Youtube. So the mislabeling comes from them. There is a "Rate" feature on Songza where you can give a song thumbs up or down based upon if you think it to be a good recording or not.. If you click a song, the rate button will be an option on the diamond shaped window that pops up. Songs rated with a thumbs down will appear lower down in future searches...

Robert- Sorry for this problem- in fact, we source our content from YouTube and Imeem sources, and so if that changes it can influence your results on Songza. i searched and was able to find version with the title "Ev'ry Time We Say Goodbye": http://songza.com/z/puk9k1
