Thx for the feedback Dre. We are still having the issue. (If you look in your mozy log and see the following error you are having the issue too. "12Nov2009 23:25:59 mozybackup.exe: Error: Error sending files to servers: 0x00000009"
Mike is continuing to be responsive. His last update yesterday was "They are saying it should be fixed this week, so hopefully we can get this resolved quickly."
Mike has refunded me for every month I have been without service by adding free months on to my current plan.
Out of curiosity what is the alternative service you found? If this issue continues into December I may have to look for an alternative.

Dre,
Mike Jones provided me excellent customer support after making this post. We had to "Move to a different data center" which required me to create a new Mozy account and perform another backup (I am currently 30GB into a 164.9 GB backup). I am disappointed that I had to perform another initial backup but am happy that the backups are moving along smoothly. Hopefully the stalling issue is resolved as Mike stated above.
Good luck!

I have this same issue. I have not been able to perform a backup for over 3 months (which I have recently requested a refund for). I have been working with support for over 3 months.

I have come to the conclusion that your backup software is sub par and your backup solution and architecture is not robust and defective. This is a shame as I have been a customer for almost 2 years and until 3 months ago I was relatively happy. Are you guys having difficulty with your popularity and expansion?
I am close to moving to crashplan per this posts recommendations

Show Large Images via scrollover (Facebook posts)Some pictures are hard to see in such a small thumbnail. The feature I am picturing is similar to the actions used by the userscript "Facebook Fixer" that I have become fond of. It removes a click (which today is huge)

When will RC31 "Cupcake" updates be pushed to G1's?I have asked T-Mobile the same question. Is there a customer web page I can use to learn about the deployment schedule of future releases? Right now I am dealing with a known POP3 email issue that is suppose to be resolved in RC31. Any feedback is appreciated.
Are all the Google employees using a Cupcake avatar to make fun of us while we wait for the update or is that just a coincidence?
