Time Warner Cable Internet - their contact form is a 404!I use TW cable internet b/c it's my only choice where I live. Their performance is so substandard lately, that I am trying to contact customer service to troubleshoot. I pay for elevated speed, yet I am barely pulling down at 500/k. When I visit their customer service page, I am pushed to call them, which is basically hell and they know it. I opted to try and use their form linked from http://www.timewarnercable.com/nynj/c... today. The link goes to https://www.twcnyc.com/index2.cfm?c=c... . The form *never pulls up*! How can a company be SO bad a service and not have an online ticketing system?@! I am so frustrated with their service. I would pay more for a better alternative in a heartbeat.-

Proxy Issue: Skitch won't connect from work due to ProxyI thought I read that Plasq was planning to update Skitch with a version that would work with proxies. I don't know if this was meant to happen in the background, or allow users to input manual proxy settings. I love Skitch, and many coworkers would use it I am sure, if we could get the webpost settings to work in our office.
Jing Project, for example, works. So we are forced to stick with that for now. It's a nice app, but please consider updating Skitch so we can use your lovely app from behind a proxy!
Is there a way to make Skitch work from behind a proxy now?

We have checked this and it is some freaky problem that is occuring on only some of the slideshows.... this will take a few days for us to isolate and deploy.
On your blog, in the interim, you could copy & paste the embed code and put i there. The code contains the "view on slideshare" link at the bottom... so for the time being the problem will be solved... -

I was surprised to find that the java uploader was also experiencing serious ongoing issues that appear be persistent for weeks. This leaves mac users pretty much in the toilet when it comes to uploading photos.
The issue is that many photos fail to be recognized as in the uploader as thumbnails. They render as blank boxes. They actually take the normal time to upload, but still remain blank boxes once uploaded!
I tried moving the photos, renaming the photos. The java uploader was able to consistently recognize the photos as blanks. They are all standard jpgs shot by a canon elph or an iphone.

This summer we are doing some major overhaul work on Products and Companies, so this might fit in with that. I'll talk with our team about the possibility of getting this done. -

Ok, they have already been approved. I think I'm realizing that what you're saying is that by being the one who added those companies you would then expect them to automatically show up under Your Products & Companies. Is that correct? That's a good point and I don't think it currently works that way. You have to click the plus sign in the logo:

Before companies show up on Get Satisfaction they go through an approval process which may take up to two business days but usually just a few hours. This could be why those companies aren't showing up for you. I'll look into it. -
