Hi Coca,
We will be adding a more user-friendly workflow for this in the future, but for now you can go to http://analytics.postrank.com/google_... to connect a different Google Analytics account.

Trevor Creech replied on August 04, 2009 15:30 to the question "Customize Postrank widget" in PostRank:
Hi,
Sounds like you should use the "DIY" theme for the widget, by setting "theme" : "diy" in the options hash. This will strip off most of our custom styling so you can make the widget look the way you want. When it comes to width, the widget expands to fit whatever container it is in, so you can just wrap it in a. Its height is determined by the number of Top Posts to display, (the "num" key of the options hash), but you can also override that with CSS. To change font-size, and any other styles, you can use your own CSS. The top-level id of the widget is #prwidget-0. Hope that helps.

A comment on the question "How to "claim my blog" that's hosted on WordPress?" in PostRank:
Hi Natales,
I've updated the process to work more smoothly now. If you go back to the verification page, http://www.postrank.com/settings/claim the new image link given there should work properly now. Thanks for pointing out the bug, and hopefully it works for you this time! – Trevor Creech, on July 20, 2009 14:49
Trevor Creech replied on July 06, 2009 20:19 to the question "New Content, updated Feed, and other nic nacs to take care of." in PostRank:
Hi,
I've updated your blog's title in our system, so it looks better now: http://www.postrank.com/feed/19226ef7.... I also deleted those couple stories which have since been deleted from your blog. The top posts widget shows a selection of your best recent content, so it won't show things that are too old.
Let me know how it all looks to you now.
Trevor Creech replied on June 25, 2009 22:23 to the question "Inaccurate feed_id's returned in some cases" in PostRank:
Hi Ed,
Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner. That was a problem with that specific feed, which was incorrect in our system. It should be giving you the right feed_id now (368), as well as the xml (http://rss.cnn.com/rss/cnn_topstories...). However, I would recommend that you use feed_hashes instead, which are returned in the "id" field. These are what we use mainly with the new system instead of feed_ids.
Let me know if you run into any more issues.

Trevor Creech reported a problem in reddit on June 21, 2009 14:18:
No support for new text-field on self posts.iReddit does not support the new text on self-posts feature which was released last week. Take for example, this post (http://www.reddit.com/r/AskReddit/com...), where all the context is in that text box. It doesn't show up anywhere in iReddit.
A comment on the question "PostRank not populating on WordPress MU 2.6.5" in PostRank:
Hi Stuart,
The plugin is not currently compatible with Wordpress MU. I will keep that in mind as something for a future release, and I'll let you know when it is implemented. – Trevor Creech, on June 18, 2009 03:45

Hi,
I'm seeing your posts fine on postrank.com: http://www.postrank.com/feed/f72c99a9...
We have been hitting a couple glitches, so it might have been that. If you want to put the WordPress widget back up, I can take a look and see what's going wrong.

Very strange...
The behaviour you're describing is what should happen when you log in with a new OpenID which we haven't seen before. Are you logged into a different Google account, by chance? – Trevor Creech, on May 19, 2009 18:04
