Doesn't look like it supports any markdown at all. And forgive me for not taking a screenshot, but up until today iReddit displayed every single comment without any line breaks, which rendered posts with quotes and/or lists rather unreadable.

iReddit 2.0 displays comments in raw markdown without line-breaks. Have you considered launching the app before shipping and clicking on a few posts?
