Zephyr replied on June 23, 2009 17:27 to the idea "Last.fm-like multiple tag system" in Songbird:
Not sure if this has been mentioned yet, but making tags for all off my library would be a lot of work. I think that having a last.fm like tagging system would work best just by using last's already existing tag database. I'd like a way to just search through last's tags for my songs, and be able to tag them through songbird for my last account. It would save a lot of work for everybody.-

Then perhaps could you create an automated converter or something to change firefox add-ons to songbird ones easily? – Zephyr, on June 14, 2009 05:55
Zephyr shared an idea in Songbird on June 12, 2009 22:50:
Allow Firefox Add-ons for SongbirdIf at all possible I think it would be great if firefox add-ons could be applied directly to songbird. There's already a massive database of firefox add-ons, why force everyone to remake the browser based add-ons for songbird when support for firefox add-ons could be added?
I think that firefox should also be able to be updated independently of Songbird, it would solve a few problems.

One flashplayer with a playlist.Well, I'm upset about the whole subscribing thing, but I have an idea that would at least make it a little more bearable;
Non-subscribers should be able to hit the preview button on tracks around the site and instead of loading up the page wiith the flash player on it, it would load it up next in a playlist in a flashplayer. This way you can organize a playlist without having to switch screens everytime a song ends, but since you need to find all of the songs yourself, it still encourages people to subscribe. Please consider this idea of one dynamic playlist flash player.
Also putting in my word against subscribing at all, but I'm not completely unreasonable and I realize that these things cost money. Thanks for the great service MOSTLY for free.-

A comment on the praise "Last.fm intergration" in Songbird:
I just got Last.fm and now they're making it cost, that makes me angry >:( Why does Canada always get screwed in these deals? Why can't servers be free and bandwidth grow on trees, that would make life much easier. – Zephyr, on June 04, 2009 18:04
