Hi- unfortunately, that's a current limitation in Firefox, which has problems with screen-capturing certain kinds of Flash content. I wish we could but unfortunately there is little we can do on our end to fix it.

If you're on a Mac, I encourage you to take a look at our alternative method for adding screenshots via Skitch: http://blog.mento.info/2008/06/skitch... -- when you use Skitch, you can capture any content and even use it with Safari.

Taking Screenshots of flash based sites
The post with screenshot seems to break when it's trying to capture flash (like videos on Flickr, or web apps built in Flex) It seems to act fine but when you look at the post it is just a blank image
