Why is Twhirl dependent on IE for its proxy settings? It should have its own independent mechanism..What about those using Firefox or even Opera, Chrome or Safari or anything else??

proxy server requiring authentication does not work...there is no feature tht allows me to put connection settings in twhirl, including proxy server and login pwd reqd for the proxy server..pls add this in twhirl instead of picking some of it from IE.
