Imagine a mashup between Spotify + some DJ software, for exampe Ableton Live. DJ's will never have to carry around with their metal bag anymore. (It's sexy though.) But they can bring it with songs that Spotify doesn't have. (This is a future thing, since Spotify doesn't have all the remix's that a DJ want. But when they do, it could be some DJ membership for those who need it. Combine it with Beatport, I think they would love to do something like that. You just have to do the ultimate software, and then let the crowd go wild.
