Again my theme is deleted??¡¡

Why bumptop eliminated again my theme? i uploaded my bumptop theme but one day after they eliminated my theme. My name user in customize.org/bumptop is Zotto and my theme is here http://customize.org/bumptop/66298 please help me i don't know why deleted my theme... my theme not is in http://customize.org/bumptop was in the category New BumpTop Themes but now not appear in no place... i wait you answer...

why i can not upload a bumptop theme? i created a user account, i treat that upload my theme many times in http://customize.org/bumptop but when i do click in the upload button, charge the page for approximately two minuts however after the charge, appear again the page for write the data and upload the theme and the theme not was in the page, i wait you're answers, Thanks...
