Entry not found in refined search

Hi there,
I recently uploaded my profile. One of my skills is that of a singer. When I searched for singers, I found myself. When I refined my searchin choosing male, or English language, I no longer came up in the search. I was wondering if there was a problem with your queries or was it that my information was not yet fully indexed.
