How do I access my cPanel and Webmail?

If your hosting account was configured on or after September 3, 2008 -

You can access your cPanel admin by going to admin.yourdomainname.com

Your account username and password were emailed to you when your hosting account was set up. Here is where you as the administrator will set up email accounts for yourself and/or your employees.

Then..

You and your employees can access your Webmail directly by going to mail.yourdomainname.com

Your username is the full email address you'll be checking, and password is of course the password you assigned to the email address in your admin section.

If your hosting account was configured before September 3, 2008 -

You can access your cPanel admin by going to yourdomain.com:2082

Your account username and password were emailed to you when your hosting account was set up. Here is where you as the administrator will set up email accounts for yourself and/or your employees.

Then..

You and your employees can access your Webmail directly by going to yourdomain.com:2095

Your username is the full email address you'll be checking, and password is of course the password you assigned to the email address in your admin section.

IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO ACCESS YOUR ADMIN PANEL AND EMAILS WITH THE EASIER-TO-REMEMBER SUBDOMAIN FEATURES (LIKE THE FIRST OPTION), YOU CAN EITHER CONFIGURE THE SUBDOMAINS YOURSELF IN YOUR CPANEL, OR JUST CONTACT US, AND WE'LL DO IT FOR YOU.

To configure the mail and admin subdomains yourself

go to http://yoursite.com:2082
create a subdomain (like mail.yourdomain.com)
redirect the new subdomain to http://www.yoursite.com:2095
