How to get email addresses for your newsletter, question from customer
Do you have any ideas on a good direct marketing agency that I can buy addresses from....
No, I don’t know of a service where you can buy emails... The FTC has some strict regulation on spam laws http://www.ftc.gov/spam/ and all newsletter services that I have ever seen have restrictions you from uploading purchased names into their system.
It would be great to be able to tag-onto a local shelter list they probably have a pretty good list of constituents. Do your local shelters have a newsletter? Sign up for it and see how they send it out, frequency, etc. That might give you some ideas.
