Tried to download the app, it never finished downloading and status appears as 'Waiting'. Cannot remove it either..

Meg,

Unfortunately the error your are encountering is an Apple problem and not anything we control. If an application won't finish during installation, you may try rebooting the phone and starting the download once again.

I've had this happen to me once in awhile with random applications. Usually a reboot or simply trying to start the download again would resolve the issue. It can also occur if the iTunes Store is busy for some reason, so waiting a few hours might make a difference.
