Unable to search in sublocations.
There are many suburban cities under "San Brancisco Bay Area" (e.g. Burlingame and San Mateo in the Peninsula (pen), Hayward and Fremont in the East Bay (ebay), San Jose and Cupertino in the South Bay (sbay), etc.) but "CraigSearch" will only set location to the city of San Francisco (sf), and not any suburban areas like (ebay, sbay, pen, nbay). As a result, the searched items are so limited; only good for the city of San Francisco. Please at least set it to San Francisco Bay area (sbay) so it searched all cities in the bay area.

Inappropriate?I am sorry that I'm answering my own post, but I think there are others that will benefit from my experience.
Apparently, all sub-locations in the "San Francisco Bay Area" are already included in your app and can be selected. It is just that they're not grouped together, so it is not easy to find.
I finally found the proper entry, "SF bay area". Instead, I was using "san francisco - SF bay area" by mistake so all sub-locations of other bay area cities are not being found.
If you can rearrange the sub-locations under the major city so they're displayed in the same tree structure as on the official Craigslist site, then your app will be easy to pick up by any current Craigslist users.
e.g.
SF Bay Area (sfbay)
+ san francisco (sfc)
- mission
- marina
+ south bay (sby)
+ east bay (eby)
+ peninsula (pen)
- daly city
- burlingame
- san mateo
+ north bay (nby)
+ santa cruz (scz) -
Inappropriate?Hello -
I am sorry to hear you are experiencing problems. Please note that we pull directly from Craigslist locations, sublocations, categories, and subcategories. When you are beginning your search, type an "S". You will see a relatively long list of sublocations beginning with S. However, you should also see that "south bay - SF bay area" does exist. Additionally, you will see all the other SF Bay Area sublocations you are looking for.
Hope this helps,
Chad

Inappropriate?Howard3849,
The next version of Craigsearch will support easier searching for all sublocations. Thanks for your feedback and answers!
