How do I upload more than one photo at a time?

I'm using picturesync on windows, and it's very difficult (for me) to figure out how to upload more than one photo at a time to flickr. As soon as I click on an image, the inspector opens and I can't drag the photos to the account. One photo works by click-hold-drag, but once I click on a second photo, the inspector opens and doesn't disappear when I try to drag the photos. What I am doing wrong?
