puctyresync cannot post to flickr
cannot upload to flickr account... list my albums fine but when i try to to the upload, it gives error saying upload failed.

Inappropriate?Doesn't work for me. Check for Updates says "No updates necessary". Full Reset doesn't help. I can see my photos (from iPhoto), but PictureSync runs through the upload and says "Transfers finished", "6 failed", and there are no photos in my Flickr account. What can I do to diagnose?

Are any other services working? If you're on 10.5.6 and have a version of PictureSync prior to 1.8r16 you need to download this version manually. You can download and run the debug script and send the log via email (feedback AT picturesync.net) to help diagnose. -
Inappropriate?Jacob, what do you mean by "services"? If you mean Internet, that's fine -- Flickr works in my browser, for example. If you mean the Services control in the upper right of PictureSync, I don't know, since Flickr is the only service I've configured into PictureSync (and the only one I use).
I'm on 10.4.11. I already had 1.8r16, and I tried again with a fresh download with the same results. The debug script exits "with a non-zero status" whether I choose "Debug" or "Grab Log", and 'grep PictureSync /var/log/system.log' from the command line shows nothing! -
Inappropriate?Dave, I seem to have the same problem as your - on 10.4.11, have tried with fresh download, and just can't get Flickr service support enabled again. Uploads always failed prior to getting the latest PictureSync update.

Inappropriate?Hunh. I like how they marked this "solved" when it's not solved. Downloaded the latest version, and it still doesn't work, my uploads still fail. Especially wonderful since I paid good money for the program 6 months ago and only got to use it twice before it stopped working 1 month after you declared it was "free and unsupported". <sarcasm>Thanks, guys </sarcasm>

Inappropriate?The issue solved may not be your specific issue, this topic seems to now cover two (or more) separate issues, however the original issue was solved. PictureSync's upload internals have not changed for a while, so the unsolved issue is likely to lie with the Flickr plugin which has been changed several times (most recently the 25th April).
If you drop your email address to feedback[at]picturesync.net I can shortly send you a version of the plugin with less functionality and more debugging and we can see if this works for you.
Note that although usage and user-specific compatibility of the application is officially unsupported, I will be attempting to maintain the plugins, and compatibility with the latest OS X releases (but not prior).
